The design team of Space 31 has years of experience in design, art, construction and retail allowing them to pull from their own individual resources and styles to create a chic, cohesive one-of-a-kind lounge area.

Space 31 is inspired by the Hollywood of old, improved with the technology of today. Highlights include a free standing glass Bio-Fireplace, 8’ wide mirror and stainless steel wall fountain and an oversized custom built audio enhanced lounging chaise to comfortably enjoy the view as well as the other visually stunning elements, including original artwork from Laguna Beach Galleries prominently featured in the space.
